Help us search for a star
Have you been impressed by the level of service you have received from a member of staff in the Newcastle City Council?
Thousands of you come into contact with our staff every day. They could be collecting your rubbish, taking your council tax payment, or caring for you at home. We expect all of our staff to give you a great service. If you’ve been impressed by some extra-special service from an individual or team, nominate them for our ‘Search for a Star’ awards. Don’t worry if you don’t know their name. Just let us know what they did, when and where and we’ll try to find them. And if your nominee is chosen as our Star, you’ll be a winner too because we’ll give you £25 in Eldon Square vouchers.
You can nominate a member of our staff a number of ways. You can:
