How to Apply
If you wish to site a skip on the highway the company supplying the skip will need to seek permision on your behalf. Unless the firm is registered as a skip hire contractor with the Council the application must be accompanied by a charge of £17.

Skip Permit Terms and Conditions
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your application to be processed, if your application is refused you can appeal via the Magistrates Court.
Public Register
A public register is kept which can be viewed by contacting the address below and arranging a convenient time.
Does Tacit Consent Apply?
Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard by the end of the target completion period which is 5 days from the date of submission of all correct and relevant information.
