In order to hold a performance by a hypnotist, authorisation under the Hynoptism Act 1952 must be granted.
The premises must already hold a premises licence and be licensed for Regulated Entertainment under the Licensing Act 2003.

Will Tacit Consent Apply?
Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard by the end of the target completion period which is 28 days from the date of submission of all correct and relevant information.
