You can make all your parking enquiries including requests for Blue Badges, residential parking permits, and payment of parking fines.

Make a payment by post by sending a cheque made payable to "Newcastle City Council - Parking A/C". Please write your Parking Notice reference number and vehicle registration number on the reverse of the cheque. A receipt will not be issued for a payment made by cheque unless specifically requested at the time of payment
